At Bearefoot, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn garments. Simply ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
